Smoked Ribs and Street Corn š„š„š„
This is what some of yesterday game day food looked like. These are two of my favorite finger foods to prepare for a game day tailgate party. Definitely a crowd pleaser š
This is my entry for the #thequenion tailgate food challenge.
Ribs were smoked for 3 hours at 250° then wrapped in foil for one hour. I unwrapped and sauced then cooked for another 20 min.
I cooked the corn in the husk on the grill for one hour. Pulled the husk back and spread on a crema dressing then topped with Cojita cheese, chili powder and cilentro.
Crema Dressing;
1ā3 cup sour cream
1ā3 cup mayonnaise
1 clove of garlic crushed
Zest of one lime
1ā2 teaspoon chili powder
1ā2 teaspoon paprika
1ā4 cup chopped cilantro
