It’s beach season I’m doing bicep curls. . Not functional at all but tank tops call for bigger arms. . Biceps decelerate elbow extension in throwing, pressing, or punching but that’s not functional. . Biceps stabilize the shoulder in extension, flexion, abduction, and adduction because the muscles of the bicep group attach to the scapula and acromion which make up the shoulder but that’s not functional. . Biceps strength and strength endurance are limiting factors in my pull-up endurance right now but that’s not functional either. . I guess I’m just over here doing non-functional nonsense because I look better in a tank. . Oh 🐳 . . . . . . . . . #sandiegopersonaltrainer
