Today is the day: 2020 GLOW GLOW is out now! Here is the fourth and last of today’s drop: Muskateller. The rarest of them all. Muskateller grapes taste incredibly aromatic, like lychee and elderflower. The first vintage showed us that maceration carnobique makes it possible to reflect this sensational aroma in the wine. So again, we mashed a small part by foot, then added whole grapes and closed the batches for ten days. Four days less than in 2019, because we wanted to lose the little bitterness of the first vintage. After ten days we opened the batches and pressed the grapes. We wish we could make you smell what we smelled in that moment. The grapes remained unscathed and tingled on the tongue like sour fruit gums. What we have bottled is super aromatic and light. Every sip is a flashback to the moment we pressed the grapes. Matured in an old wooden barrel of 600 liters.
