@aircanada first and last time flying with you. This is how they treat their customers. In no way are you a functioning business. Sad to see these pictures online the past few days of babies, pregnant women, young teenagers, elderly that you left to sleep at the airports with no hotel or luggage vouchers let alone to even offer free food or water in the 4 hours I was at the airport trying to figure out my hotel situation for the night. On top of missing my layover flight due to delays and cancellations you lost my bags with 20k worth of clothing along with the other of thousands of fliers the past week. You haven’t answered one call, email or message I or thousands of others have sent you. As someone who flies often this is the worst travel experience and it’s not even close. After 20 attempts to call and no answer my bag is still lost and am headed to Italy from Copenhagen tomorrow. 🤦🏽‍♂️
