This is an easy dessert I love to make for friends. It’s a good one to make ahead. You’ll need: 2.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs 2/3 cup butter, melted 2 boxes vanilla instant pudding 2 boxes butterscotch instant pudding 3 cups milk, divided 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese 1 package Cool Whip, divided 1 cup chopped pecans Steps: 1. Combine Graham Cracker crumbs and butter. Press into 9x13” pan. Let chill for an hour. 2. Place vanilla pudding mix in a bowl. Add 1.5 cups milk. Beat until no clumps remain. 3. Place butterscotch pudding mix in a separate bowl. Add 1.5 cups milk. Beat until no clumps remain. 4. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip, and 1/2 cup vanilla pudding mixture. Beat until fluffy. 5. Fold remaining Cool Whip into vanilla pudding mixture. 6. Spread cream cheese mixture over chilled crust. Spread butterscotch pudding mixture next.
