Our team is turning off our notifications in order to tune into what we need to rest. For the next two weeks, the Onward team is on sabbatical. Radical rest is an essential piece of equity work. We have been working with @alexxtemena who has been guiding us through how we might use rest as a liberatory practice and the role of rest in our creative process. With Alexx's guidance, we have been uncovering and attending to barriers to prioritizing rest both individually and collectively in these weeks leading up to our sabbatical. For the next two weeks, we aim to create an experience that will allow our team to embody personal and collective commitments to rest practice.
