It’s been a while since I’ve made a new espresso martini recipe! I was inspired by Giffard’s banana liqueur. I’ve tried several banana liqueurs & attempted to make my own banana syrup but they never tasted right (too sweet or too artificial). My new hyper fixation cocktail. Weber ranch’s vodka was the perfect neutral liquor for this one. BANANA ESPRESSO MARTINI: Double espresso 2oz @weberranchvodka 💙 .25oz Coffee liqueur .4oz @giffardusa Banana liqueur @giffard_liqueurs_syrups Saline solution 1 bar spoon Brown sugar + white miso syrup
