• B R A N D I N G B A S I C S • Here is a little Sunday story for you. Branding basics - aint so basic. And understandably so, we buy visually here on IG and everywhere else. So getting noticed and having people buying our products takes alittle extra time and effort. Our quality is AWESOME - no doubt about it - But getting you to both feel the quality and afford to buy it is also tricky. And many times can drown in all the many other ( also great ) products out there🌍 Many stores and buyer are looking for the “next new” and quick Selling items for their shops - also understandable, they have bills to pay and children to look after. But also here CO LABEL can drown a little as its basic and a higher price. 🌱 We do not turn over many new styles per season - we stick to our core of good wellmade styles, adding some new fabrics here and there, and sometimes a new twist to a wellknown style in our range. This style EDDIE - we have him in our corduroy, our warm cotton and this next Summer, in a short sleeved linen called GABI 👌🏾👌🏾 But we really work on our styles - perfecting them and adding quality each time. So taking this style from us - means taking ALL the hours and money spent promoting, perfecting the fit and sampling. For us it takes time to even begin making money on it - so for a brand with 270.000 followers to take that from us and monetise it without even spending time sampling, branding or promoting it 👀👀👀 its really freaking annoying !!! If you knew how many rejections we have faced due to the price of our products - or just that our product is “to basic” Im lost for words this Sunday. You can call it what you want - inspiration, tendencies or what ever ypu wanna call it - Im tired of it. I too get inspired by other brands, their vibe, their styling - all that. But keeping it there must be the line. You can make so many babysuits, But do not make one 1:1 to My EDDIE ❤️ #colabeldk #madeinitaly #highquality
