Sometimes I forget that I’m nature. Not different or apart from it. With the high and lows, and the cyclical nature. Allowing myself the grace to be timid and slow and loud and fast and everything in between.... 🌊✨ Having my feet (and hands) in the sand helps to remind me that I am of nature.
