About a year ago, I started performing with my voice. My first work ‘Cross-Lock’ presents the sound of my live voice channeled through and controlled by a recording of my past voice. Like a continuous improvised dialogue, the work has led me to further experiments with its form — now as karaoke, performed for the first time last night. Here’s a snip.
