Fridays are for Lagers. All star beer-tender, Amanda is doin’ a little taste test of our latest, Diamond Light. Our goal with this beer was to brew something a bit lower in abv (3.2%), while maintaining a flavorful malt profile. We would go ahead and say it was a success, but we’ll let you decide. Brewed with Prairie Pilsner malt, this American Light Lager is herbal and crisp, with a crisp and crackery finish. p.s. if you’re wondering about Amanda’s t-shirt, she made it herself. And yes, it’s a fire design, so we are thinking about releasing a few.... Stay tuned.
