Those who guessed that I had made corzetti using my mooncake mold in yesterday’s post were correct! In case you’re not familiar with corzetti (also known as croxetti), they’re a type of stamped pasta from the Ligurian region of Italy and is usually served with a simple sauce so as not to overwhelm and obscure the delicate patterns. Since I already had an Asian theme going I decided to serve mine with a garlic scallion miso butter sauce and finish it off with a drizzle of @hotboichilioil. It smells like the best garlic bread you’ve ever had and tastes even better!
