Reminiscing on a week full of love, nourishment and connection earlier this summer at @shambalagatherings with @nordicsisters 🌙 I have always wanted to go on a Yoga retreat, but going on my own for some reason felt like a huge step. Partly due to so much time in my comfort zone through lockdowns at home, partly because I’ve always been someone who surrounds myself with people 24/7. Recently I’ve been trying to push myself to spend more time on my own, and I’ve grown so much from doing so (in fact I now look forward to those moments of solitude). This entire week was one of the most profound learning experiences for me, and I am so lucky to have met such incredible, powerful women through doing so.
