It’s their feelings and their feelings are valid. 👉🏻Mental health or mental health conditions don’t have a “look.” 👉🏻Avoid toxic positivity. Instead: 👉🏻Be mindful of your words 👉🏻Validate their feelings 👉🏻Listen and offer support 👉🏻Encourage them to seek professional help 🚨 Reminders:⁣ 1.
