I decided to have some friends over to show off my kitchen skills. I have had the privilege of traveling to New Zealand a few times and what I remember more than anything about the food is how fresh, simple ingredients from there is made with the utmost care and just so delicious. ALL the goods are available here stateside, and they’re easy to find at most of your local grocers.
