We were young and broke and didn’t really care how it happened, we just wanted to be married. So we found the first person that came up on google... themarryingguy.com (he was a local character, ready to marry anyone, under any circumstances...he’d even officiate on top of a rollercoaster for a few extra bucks). All in we spent a few hundred dollars, read from a plastic binder of pre written vows and that was it, we were now husband and wife. 22 & 24 years old, ready to adventure together for the rest of our lives. I’m happy to say that after 14 years of marriage (and 19 years of love), we are still as solid as ever, ready for all the adventures yet to come.
