Sharing with you our current favorite, the super easy to make and super sarap Creamy Bacon and Pea Pasta. Para naman maiba diba? Creamy Bacon and Pea Pasta Ingredients: 400g El Real Spaghetti 6 tbsp Butter 12 cloves of garlic, minced 2 medium red onion, finely chopped 10 strips of bacon, thinly sliced 1 cup Frozen Green peas 1.5 cup cooking cream 4 tbsp Parmesan cheese,l Freshly cracked black pepper, as needed 1/2 tsp Lemon zest (optional) 1 tsp Lemon juice salt to taste Garnish: Lemon slice Parmesan cheese Procedure: 1. Boil enough water for you pasta. 2. Generously salt the pasta water. 3. Cook the pasta accdg to package instructions or until al dente. 4. In a pan saute garlic and onion in butter just until fragrant. Dont brown them 5. Add bacon, cook just until it is lightly browned 6. Toss green peas into the pan and add 2 tbsp of the pasta water. Cook for 2 minutes. 7. Season with black pepper. 8. Add cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest. 9. Once the sauce boils, toss in the pasta and about a tablespoon of the pasta water. 10. Cook for a minute and serve. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 11. Garnish with lemon slice and parmesan cheese Ay BTW, may papasko ako sa inyo...
