Reach for the Glory // High Spirits • A year ago, after a series of letdowns, I almost quit cooking. Seriously. It took a break and minute to get back in it, but thanks to some amazing folx, this past year I’ve been reinvigorated and I’m cooking better than I ever have. Without them, this ridiculously tasty tempura fried yellow oyster mushroom wouldn’t exist. But it does. And it can be yours. Sunday and Monday, an amazing team and I will be cooking a rad menu with our friends at @thunderboltla handling all things liquid (and then some).
