YOOOOO it was sooo surreal to experience the WAKANDA FOREVER BLACK PANTHER premiere!!!! 🙅🏽‍♂️🙅🏾‍♀️🖤🖤 An incredible experience indeed. Style: @mexco__style in @zegnaofficial 🔥🖤 Nostalgia and mourning and joy and dancing - wrapped up in one as it feels like you’re watching this distant fictional world and experiencing and living the real emotions in real time... because we ARE still mourning, Chadwick Boseman and many other people’s personal “Black Panthers” and loved ones. It’s heavy and uplifting at the same time. An acknowledgment of Aj Crimson and other dedications at the end hit to the soul. And stay through the credits! It brings it home. No spoilers but DAMN. I left inspired and excited. It was uneasy and cathartic. Ryan Coogler has to be the coolest filmmaker and def one of my favorites. Too real and needs to do more interviews 😎😎😎 I love that he is who he is, and creates what he creates at the level of excellence and care he does it. Reminds me of ppl in my fam that I love that I know would be inspired by his authenticity. I feel like so much of the diaspora was represented in this. They handled it with nuance and care, even the convo around Black and brown solidarity, colonizers and conquistadores, indigenous Mayans... it’s... no spoilers go see it.
