Feeling utterly enchanting in Matador by @monegalperfumes ✨💖 This woody floral is a sparkling and sultry potion with rosewood and magnolia as the stars. The rich, but not overpowering wood, is extremely long lasting and compliments the softer facets of the florals in this. I’m picturing opening up an ornate antique wooden chest, filled with enchanted magnolias and roses - pink, red, and white - all the while, a thin layer of incense comes in and out of my consciousness. There is also a hint of spiciness coming from cumin, that is blended in so well, it has more of a warming effect than the ability to sniff it out. Coconut is also listed in the notes, but I don’t think I smell this at all. Overall, this is a really gorgeous and high quality woody floral with some oomph that I’ve really been loving this fall.
