This just came up in my memories today... So I thought I’d share it.. As we approached Christmas 2011 whilst I was working in Buckingham Palace . I wanted to make something special for HM The Queen So I hand carved this barn owl from styrofoam, hand painted then covered with @swarovski crystals, real feathers cut & hand dyed for the wings & jaguar mink fur for the crown! Little did I know that the queen loved barn owls! Talk about lucky fluke!! Apparently she loved it, and walked around the palace showing it to the family. Happy Christmas everyone!
