So thankful to @frankiegoestohayward not only for having me play my part in her 30th birthday celebrations, but also for providing the only existing footage of one of the most special things I’ve made 🙏🏼 😂💛 Italian lemon & mascarpone cake ☁️🍋 Layers of vibrant lemon sponge, lemon juice soak, lightly whipped mascarpone, fresh lemon curd and a vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream. Finished off with some confit Sicilian lemon and lemon leaves. Basically, the sum of many, many lemons. 🍋👑
