Leaving again // @kaitimackenzie x @borisbilic // 🚂 swipe for the rest of the scene!⁠ ⁠ I think most people have an innate fear of abandonment... I figure some more so, some less so. Personally, I see lots of little variants of that fear in myself. I worry about being left behind intellectually, artistically, emotionally, or career-wise. I constantly believe that people from my life will just disappear from one day to the next. I also get disproportionately sad when @kaitimackenzie leaves the house to go to the store and doesn't say bye (she knows now, so she always says bye haha) 😄⁠ ⁠ This set is about "technically" knowing someone had to go away temporarily and will be back, but still having the irrational worry that they have left for good.⁠ ⁠ I want to say thank you to the people that have recently taken special care to help me take a closer look at this strand of thoughts - both with large and small gestures. ⁠ ⁠ To everyone reading this - sorry for the randomly open and kinda serious caption!
