Here’s how I made the corzetti using a mooncake mold and the basic egg dough from @odettewilliams’ new Simple Pasta cookbook. If you try this, I recommend rolling the dough out to #4 thickness and using a mooncake mold that has a shallow pattern. Btw, how dreamy is this song?
