Another year fighting the good fight! ✨ 8.24 ✨ First - thank you for all of the love, texts, well wishes, photos, gifts, hugs. It warmed my heart in the best way, at just the right time 🥹 Ask my friends, I’m a pain in the ass when it comes to planning self celebration cuz there’s never a really a ‘good’ time. I’m learning to accept that I may not land where I want but I always land somewhere. Like much in life, I submit with a smile, a little resistance and things turn out seemingly wildly better than I imagined and for that I’m so thankful for this nutty ass life of mine 😂 I spend so much time missing the past or racing towards the future that I forget to be present - and it’s something I’m working on. I have so much more to do, share, talk about, and be. And ima *do it* too! This past year grew me and challenged me and really reminded me that I gotta give myself grace for always trying.
