Matcha White Chocolate Banana Bread cookies inspired by our bae @lovelydelites In honor of this limited edition collab mix with @hustle dropping THIS SUNDAY, we had to turn it into our infamous banana bread cookies. It’s our new fave way to eat BB. These are also PERFECT for my matcha newbies as the matcha is actually pretty subtle and goes SO well with the vanilla, cinnamon and white chocolate :) 🧈Ingredients: - 1 package of @go_nanas X @hustle matcha white chocolate banana bread mix - 1 ripe banana, mashed - 2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/4 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 cup greek yogurt ⁃ white chocolate for drizzling 📝 Instructions: - Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. - In a large bowl, add the Gonanas Mix, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, and whisk to combine. - Add the mashed banana and yogurt, and mix until it forms a dough. - Drop your dough on top a cookie sheet. - Bake for 10-12 minutes. - Drizzle with meted white chocolate!
