One year ago today, I arrived at Kabul Airport during the fall of Afghanistan to report for @blackriflecoffee . Over the course of the next five days or so, that morphed into a combination of efforts with a lot of amazing people to tell the story and also helping some of our Afghan partners hitch a ride out of there. I’ll post more in the days to come- with an emphasis on holding our elected officials accountable. None of them have been. Not one.
