THE Angela Davis for @gdnsaturday For this cover, I referenced the iconic 1972 prison interview with Angela speaking on violence and police brutality (by abstracting the blue walls and table) to suggest the continuity of the struggle but to also show the activism that Angela represents - a fight that is never stagnant but actually creates the foundation that evolves, grows, and uplifts humanity.
