This is one of many of my favorite photos of my sweet sweet baby Charles and I. My best friend, my sidekick, my little real life cartoon character. Tomorrow we say goodbye. Our time together has been cut short, but I guess no matter how long we have them, it’s never long enough. I took her off the street and gave her an amazing life, but not half as amazing as she’s given me. Through some of the hardest moments I’ve ever been through, to the best. Love is not nearly a strong enough word to describe how I feel about this beautiful baby girl. I don’t know how I’ll be able to exist without her but I know she’ll always be with me. Squeeze your pets, tell them you love them because they feel it and are wiser than we know. Thank you endlessly to @dawn_riddle for capturing us and reminding me what a special day it was when you visited. I’m so so glad you got to meet her. ❤️ I’m going to spend the rest of the day with @seinfelt and Charles, crying and giving her all the treats and kisses in the world.
