Channeling my inner Italian Asian. Not too mad at this one. Uni bucatini rusticella. Egg noods tossed in an emulsion of alliums, sauv blanc, garum, Meyer lemon and a good amount of butter that’s then tossed with rau ram and nira. She gets topped with marinated ora king salmon roe, crispy elephant garlic and a big ole tongue of SB uni for good measure. It tastes like a comfy bowl of ocean.
