It’s been almost two years since the last time I got to visit Ecuador, and I miss it a lot. The people there have been heavy on my heart for the past few months! Here’s how you can join me in prayer: Pray for the evangelical church in Ecuador in their resistance to the persecution they face. Pray for the kids that don’t have clean clothes to wear or clean water to drink. Pray for the tribes in the jungle that don’t yet have access to the gospel in their language. Pray for the families that call themselves catholic because of the culture, but have no understanding of Jesus’ resurrection or promised return. Pray for missionaries like Steve and Carol who have devoted decades to loving and serving the Ecuadorian people with the hope that every knee would bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord.
