A big thank you to my friends for coming to experience Habibti Western , a ritualistic space , traditional of a place vaguely familiar yet fictional • It reflects my sometimes clumsy interpretations of my cultures which I am attempting to get nearer to , to revive via lost incantations , taming torn confusions • But when no closure is found , must I relinquish into being a hybrid cosmopolitan being , forever morphing ? • Must I let go of archaic and traditional notions of identity that I held onto merely as a sense of belonging ? •
