One of the hardest life lessons I had was realizing no one could change my life for me and that small steps is how you evolve into bigger magical moments. I had to sit with myself when I became a content creator and said, girl you aren’t growing because you are sitting paralyzed with all these dreams and don’t know where to start. So here I am telling you - just start. Even if it’s a small task you slowly start implementing daily... THAT is a big deal. That’s why I am sharing this checklist. I hope it’s a guiding tool to get you thinking or motivated to make that plan. It’s easy to talk about plans but to actually execute them can be difficult. I’ve found for myself with how my brain works, I needed to create systems that worked for me while also being more consistent with executing. Lastly, I had to sit with myself and acknowledge that I was the problem in many ways and it was uncomfortable but it made me a much happier person in the long run. My word for this year is completion. My reminder to complete the tasks I started.
