I met Andy Clark at a latte art throw down in Boulder, CO. He took me under his wing and showed me how to make bread for the very first time. I think of him almost daily when I stretch and fold the dough. His passing isn’t hitting me quite yet but it’s getting harder to type these words. He was an incredible human being and everyone, really everyone in the bread business knew him. He guided me through my career and called me out when I was messing up. I truly loved him like family.
