I was lucky enough to see both @alokvmenon and @travisalabanza when they were here in Sydney. They were both beautiful and funny and just really fucking cool. Alok has long been at the forefront of educating people on the harms of the rigid gender binary our society has placed on us. Even while they are attacked for their beliefs and presenting as their honest self they continue to help and educate with grace and care. Seeing them talk live has long been on my bucket list and I would implore anyone who is lucky enough to have them perform/talk in their city or town to go and hear what this incredible human has to say 💕
