6 weeks post patellar dislocation .. The vibes at our charity event for @smashfitnessusa and our friend @wongstwong at @showcasestrengthandfitness were too good for me to not do a slight yolo pull🌝 Me and @_deadliftpapi were tired from running the event but we both said let’s do it for the cause ✊🤌 .. 452lb single pain free and I’m excited for The Ghost Clash 2 in February 🤝 .. I’m not sure where my true strength will lie in 14 weeks I’m just prepping to do a full meet pain free, go 9/9 & get this huge Comp Bench PR I know I’m overdue for🚀 ..
