Excited to announce the addition of Coach Terrell Adams to Throws Revolution! Terrell has previously worked with high school athletes and most recently served as the throws coach at Campbell University, where he had multiple point scorers in the CAA. In addition to coaching, Terrell still actively competes, holding a personal best of 59.61 in the discus. Those familiar with North Carolina’s throws history are also aware he holds the NC high school state record of 213’9 in the discus. After high school, he went on to compete at UNC Charlotte, where he was an NCAA 1st Team All-American in 2021. He’ll provide a huge boost to coaching our growing group of athletes and we’re excited to keep on building with him on board! The future is bright 🏆
