It’s a lazy pasta bake kinda day! The basic ratio of this easy dish is 1 box of pasta, 1 jar of sauce, fill the jar up 3x with water, add a block of cheese. You can use any type of dry pasta, sauce or cheese! I used: + 1 8 oz box of Banza Cavatappi Pasta (chickpea pasta for my GF friends) + 1 14.5 oz jar of Cajun Style Alfredo Sauce from Trader Joe’s (I know this is in no way authentic, but it caught my eye at the store because I’m a sucker for spicy sauces) + 8 oz shredded Cheddar Cheese + Fill the same pasta sauce jar up 3x with water “Dump” the pasta, sauce & water into bowl (or straight into the pan) and mix. Dump it all into a baking dish (I had these 9x9 baking tins I like to use when I’m freezing or sending to friends and family). Bake at 400F for about 30 minutes, covered in foil. Pull it out & mix half of the cheese in. Sprinkle the rest on top. Bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and starts to bubble! #CapCut
