Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about how I can better serve this space and be as helpful as possible to those who are building, renovating or anything in between. When we were building we had no idea what we were doing 🙈 I'm very into design but it's always scary making permanent decisions! These are some tips that I found helpful when designing our kitchen: 1.) Taking the cabinets to the ceiling - this makes a HUGE difference. We did NOT do custom cabinets, but this gave them a custom look! People always ask if we did, so I guess that’s a good thing 😉 2.) All white appliances - we went with @cafeappliances and haven’t looked back 🤪 I really wanted something seamless that we wouldn’t have to panel or do any extra work. Plus, they work AMAZING. 3.) BEAMS - OMG, something we were not going to do but at the last minute we decided to. Such a game changer in warming up our space. 4.)
