In a frozen Copa glass, use a jigger to add 50ml of good quality gin (we’d recommend Tanqueray No. Ten). 2. Fill the glass to the top with ice, the larger the cubes are, the better. 3 .Squeeze in a lime wedge. 4. Add the tonic water (if you run it down the stem of a bar spoon, it will help retain the bubbles). 5. Squeeze in the second lime wedge, and briefly stir. Now put your feet up and enjoy.
