I’ve been taking @mistophercartin class every Monday since I have been in the Bay. It is literally my only day off of performing but I cannot miss it bc I love this class that much. I love the fundamentals that he breaks down and drills prior to each combo. And the energy in the room is 🔥🔥🔥 Training in new communities and experiencing the different approaches and energies... one of my favorite things.
