November 2021 I was struck in the head with a bottle. Had to go check into the trauma center for a head contusion and still getting testing to this day. I was lost afterwards. I lost myself, my life and hurt people that I loved the most. December 2021 I was granted an opportunity to leave Atlanta. To leave everything I built. Feb 2022 I realized my parents where getting older an I needed to step up. My mom going through back & knee problems. May 2022 I moved to Miami to only be here for 1 week to have to go home an bury my baby sister. Victim to gun violence and what the world news is calling a mass shooting that injured 17 and claimed 3 beautiful lives. I’m here today with my chest high, my chin high, and my faith strong. To tell everyone thank you for checking on me. Because of my faith & the support of the people who love me my head is above water. Here to tell everyone I got this an you do to during tough times. It’s my time to continue the journey God has granted me and to influence others to do the same. Burying my sister was by far the hardest things I’ve ever had to do.
