Well I very cleverly managed to injure myself two days before the ‘big cook’ so it all took a tad longer than I had planned but I managed it one arm in a sling and all! I decided I was going to BBQ ALL the meat on the @weberuk bbq situation station that I have put up down the side of the house and I’ve gotta tell you it was SUCH a grand idea!! Pork bellies rubbed in green seasoning and rum for two days then wrapped and sloooooow cooked on the bbq and my turkey tea brined then spice rubbed and slooooow cooked on the bbq .. wintertime grilling I bloomin’ love it! The pictures are a bit rubbish too because I almost forgot in the melee of my unexpected one armed cooking delivery but I am doing this EVERY year now!! #itsthatseason
