Black women are conditioned to be hard, to be strong, to be resilient, independent. We are/can be all of that and more. These smiles, these faces. The pure JOY..... my heart. 😌 I can’t stop looking at and smiling at these pictures. In this industry, it’s very easy to be one of FEW if not THEE only black person/POC in the room.
