Traveled for hours, landed and drove for a few more hours to a very special place to meet some very special humans.. .. @matias_michelini_viticultor created a place where his passion was able to spread to everyone around igniting a fuel and philosophy that now a days is harder to find.. .. In this place nestled in the uco valley he cultivates "mountain water" (the spirit of his wine making and living ethos) which spreads to his off the grid solar production, biodynamic vegetable/medicinal herb farming and wine fermenting process. .. His beautiful family involved share in his spirit cooking behind the stove and attending to the few lucky diners with immaculate front of the house steps of service and refinement that you would expect in any big city hotel or fine dining establishment. But rather there's no pretentiousness, mandatory etiquette or false expectations, there's just HOSPITALITY & THE LOVE for all things food, wine and nature. Simplicity done perfect on a farm vineyard with no expectation but for you to leave your phone behind and reconnect with your surroundings, the people in front of you and probably the way we should all be living life and eating!! .. Thank you Mathias for reminding me of so many things I've lost along the way and most of all inspiring us to reconnect with what matters... .. Final note photos above are of his niece and boyfriend. A super talented young couple who blew our mind with an epic meal, using ingredients 100% from the farm highlighting the Argentine culture but done so well when @michelinguide comes they should receive no less than ⭐️⭐️ and definitely a 🍀.... bravo and please bring your wines to miami
