1 bag Sautéed or Boiled Spinach 1 Cup chopped Carrots 2 Low Fat Hot Dogs 1 Yellow Daikon Radish 92g (4tbsp) Egg Beaters/ Egg Whites 15mL Sesame Oil Roasted Nori Seaweed Paper Rice: 300g Cooked Rice 8g Sesame Oil Salt to taste 2tbsp Rice Vinegar or Vinegar 
 How to Roll a Kimbap: 1. Grab the front edge corners with your thumbs and with your remaining fingers tuck everything in. 2. The corners come to where the rice ends (there should be some seaweed at the edge that doesnt have rice- maybe like 1/2 inch) Use your sushi mat to form. 3. Wet the 1/2 inch of seaweed paper with water and fold the rest of your kimbap to seal. 4. With your sushi mat, roll it up and tighten the roll by squeezing it gently. #kimbap #koreanfood #foodie #fitness #health
