✨Vitamin D!✨ Now that summer is over it’s even more important that we get the Vitamin D our body needs, and our babies! Even more so if they are breastfed. That’s why I’m super glad we were sent these adult and baby vitamin d drops from @ddrops_uk to boost our intake! Your baby can get their recommended daily intake of Vitamin D using just one drop of this! One drop! This is easily done by either placing a single drop onto mums nipple or on a clean finger or soother allowing baby to suck for 30 seconds. Or it can even be mixed with food or drink!
