Mentorship— my first little bit of advice to any new stylist starting out, is to find good mentor. Who whole heartedly wants the best for you. So incredibly important in this career (and honestly any career), and wildly enough I assisted Kerri back in 2016. I will never forget the mark she left on me that first day.
