It’s never easy but it’s worth it 💪🏼 . . 30lbs down & finally feeling like me again. The weight loss was one thing, but proving to myself that I could get to where I want to be again was the real win. My body got pretty destroyed after my 2019 prep & I really struggled to bounce back - I had plenty of ups & downs and I really questioned if I could do it..
