Post vacation blues and how to help get over it: ✈️🧳🩵 -Give yourself time grace -Cook a new and fun meal -Brainstorm places and dates for the next vacation -Movement, try a new form a movement like running or a new exercise - GO OUTSIDE, sunlight -Do a fun activity in your local community (pumpkin patch, haunted house, etc) -Listen to seasonal music(get hype for fall) -Declutter space: organize, donate clothes, refresh the space you are in -Hydrate! You get so dehydrated traveling -GRATITUDE!!!
